Over 90% of all donations are dedicated to fulfilling our goal of directly assisting those in need. Tackling Hunger

1 in 7 households struggle with food insecurity in NH. Seniors and disabled veterans on inadequate fixed incomes are just scraping by, children are going without breakfast, unable to concentrate in school, and laid-off working men and women are struggling to put enough food on the table for their families.

That’s where we come in.

Emergency Aid

Peterborough Area Emergency Aid is available to residents of all towns served by the Food Pantry. It is meant for emergency situations typically not covered by town welfare; such as car repairs, medical co-pays, and some housing related expenses. Turnaround time is quick once an application is submitted and all requirements are met.
