HUGE thank you to the Shaw's supermarket in Peterborough for raising money ($24.3K) for us again this year as part of their Nourishing Neighbors program which was run this past fall through the holiday season! The Peterborough Shaw's raised the most money of all the Shaw’s/Star stores in our region (all of New England except CT). Thank you to our wonderful community members for making this happen.

On Saturday, May 14th, the Peterborough Food Pantry held its annual food drive outside the Peterborough Shaw's supermarket. It was the first time we have held the Food Drive since it was cancelled two years ago due to COVID.  The drive was a huge success.  We received over 15 shopping carts of donated food.  Thank you to Shaw's for hosting us and to everyone who generously donated to the Food Pantry.

05.14.2022 - USPS Fill a Bag. Help Feed Families Food Drive

Many thanks to the USPS and the National Association of Letter Carriers for organizing the huge food drive in the Peterborough area. It was such a wonderful and simple idea. On May 14th, Peterborough residents left food outside by their mailboxes for their letter carriers' to pick up.  And on May 16th, the USPS dropped off over 200 lbs. of food to the Peterborough Food Pantry.  This was a fantastic effort by the Peterborough NALC and the community.  Your support will help so many.
